Number One  Quality Body Construction.
   Engineered for Strength and Durability

From the first concept sketch in the office to the last nut and bolt on a finished service body, an ORO service truck incorporates over a decade of design and manufacturing experience into one robust platform. Our unique service bodies incorporate a reinforced crane understructure as well as taller, deeper cabinets to provide the most storage space in the industry. Quality hardware and components are used throughout our products to ensure your investiment is protected.

Number Two  Intelligent Design.
A Focus on Efficient Utilization of Limited Space

Limited space will always be the biggest constraint for any service truck, which makes efficient utilization of every square inch all the more important. Standard Options like drawer cabinets, shelving, hose reels and bottle compartments are just the beginning. Use of dead space above the front of the body to store the air tank, light bar, and work lights makes good use of wasted space. From built-in waste oil tanks and slide-out work benches to fully enclosed workshop bodies and filing storage in the cab - the options we offer for add-on storage will keep any truck looking clean and organized. It's details like these that make a good service truck great.

Number Three   A Focus on Lower Total Life-Cycle Cost.
Cost Savings Built Into Every Truck

A service fleet represents a major capital investment with significant ongoing costs of operation and maintenance. Because of this, every service truck needs to be looked at from a total life-cycle cost perspective. By using a longer lasting heavy-duty service body, coupled with fuel and maintenance cost savings provided by the Miller EnPak power unit, each service truck we build today focuses on reducing the total cost of the vehicle over its lifetime, while minimizing its impact on the environment.

Number Four  Integrated Stellar® Telescopic Crane.
The Best Crane in the Industry - Period

Designed to be the smoothest, steadiest crane available on the market, Stellar® cranes are available with capacities ranging from 3,200 lbs. to 14,000 lbs. With its innovative hexagonal boom design, it's stronger than a standard square boom profile and eliminates boom flex and side-to-side movement when lifting heavy loads at full extension. Offering uncompromising performance and reliability, every Stellar® crane is backed by a range of replacement parts available next day out of dealer locations across North America.

Number Five  Fully Integrated Electrical Systems.
Mission-Critical Systems Tied into the Heart of Every Truck

Every service truck comes standard with a range of electrical and lighting systems fully integrated to run seamlessly with the truck chassis and Miller EnPak power unit. When working at dusk or on a night shift, visibility of the work area means getting things done faster and safer. Our trucks use all LED lighting including compartment and cargo lights as well as flood lights around the body and under the truck to illuminate the surrounding work site. Other available options include an integrated security system, GPS for fleet management solutions, and maintenance tracking, rear backup cameras, boosting systems, a 5000 Watt inverter, and electrical outlets installed throughout the body for full on-site power.

Number Six  Standard Platform - Custom Requirements.
Engineered Solutions for Unique Field Service Challenges

ORO service trucks are the result of over a decade of design and development. The product of these efforts is a heavy-duty service truck built to withstand the harshest work conditions, and equipped to support service technicians on any job. But the world of field service is ever-changing. To adapt to this changing reality, ORO Design is continuously developing customized or completely new equipment for field service teams that find themselves faced with new and unique challenges. Custom service equipment designs can be developed to bring new capabilities to standard service fleets and help you do more with your service fleet.

Number Seven  Maintenance and Support.
Ensuring That Your Service Fleet is Ready for the Next Service Call

Equipment down time is never a good thing - it means lost revenue and repair costs. All ORO service trucks come with a commitment that when equipment goes down, there is a full support network available to get things back up and running quickly. Whether it's replacement parts and pre-packaged service kits or no-charge troubleshooting and full service repairs, ORO Design will be there to ensure your service fleet and equipment is always ready and running for the next service call that comes in.
