Designed to outperform in the harshest environments.

Our roots are grounded in designing truck bodies for the harsh conditions of open-pit mining. We combine the highest quality body and tank construction, a stainless steel rear frame, and a choice of steel or aluminum wall construction gives you a truck that will survive anything you throw at it.

Depending on the application and your unique requirements, lubrication equipment can also be mounted on trailers, mechanic service trucks, or inside a standard sea container.

Integrated Oil Catchment

A steel workbench with an integrated trough around the perimeter to catch oil from hose repairs designed to drain directly into the waste oil recovery system.

Safety-Tread Walkways

The rear steps and raised cat-walk inside the body are manufactured using sure-grip (gripstrut) walkway sections, which provide the safest non-slip walking surface - even when covered in oil and grease.

Reel module compartment

A modular design for easy service access

The enclosed, winterized reel module makes lube service in northern climates easy. Add to this the use of Reelcraft® hose reels and arctic hose as well as easy access to components for service and it’s easy to see why an ORO lube truck is trusted in the most demanding environments.

Remote Monitoring

With an optional tank fluid monitoring system, you can monitor tank capacities via a remote panel in the reel module compartment. Fluid control systems are also available, which automatically track fluid inventory and usage to work orders.

Remote Loading Connections

All fresh oil and product tanks can be filled remotely through connections within the reel module instead of directly into the top of each tank. High-level shut-off valves can be included to prevent overfilling.

By using a standard set of building blocks, we can configure infinite combinations of systems and capacities to tailor each mobile lube truck to your specific needs.

Bodies can be configured to carry a variety of fresh oils and other products such as DEF fluid, anti-freeze, fuel, hot or cold pressure washer systems, and both high pressure and low pressure grease systems to tackle any job you might come across on the job-site.

Waste Oil Recovery & Recycling

Innovative features to manage the waste oil collection process

A fully integrated waste oil recovery system on-board every truck, which includes waste oil holding tanks, filter drain drawers, and a built-in oil spill recovery system inside the floor of the body, in the bumper real compartment. and in the workbench, ensure the environment is protected and waste oil is fully contained.

Our proprietary Kidney Loop oil filtration system helps significantly extend equipment oil life and the time between oil changes, saving you time and money.


Quick Change, Removable Oil Totes

A revolutionary design for remote environments

Instead of using fixed tanks, our quick-change oil tote system incorporates the use of removable oil totes and drums which are loaded onto the body with a forklift using the side doors on the body. This eliminates transfer pumping of fluids onto the truck in remote locations where bulk totes are the only option. This innovative system represents a major shift in how lubrication service operations are run in remote environments.

And because there’s no longer fixed tanks, there’s a removable oil heater that gets installed in the tote to ensure smooth operation in cold temperatures.

Multiple Tank Heating Options

Whether it's in-tank coolant heating coils or in-tank electric heaters, keeping products warm is an essential part of keeping you working in cold weather.

Fully Insulated

As a standard, all ORO lube bodies are fully enclosed and the walls, floor, ceiling and doors are all sprayed with 2" of closed cell urethane foam insulation. Simply put; warm oil means efficiency.


Auxiliary power systems

Reduce chassis fuel consumption by up to 30%

By incorporating an Auxiliary Power Unit into your mobile lubrication setup, it gives you the ability to turn off your chassis engine and run all power systems through the much smaller engine of the APU, reducing fuel consumption by up to 30% and saving costly wear and tear and further extending the life of your chassis.

These systems are typically mounted on roll-out platforms between the chassis and the body making them easily accessible for servicing. Optional cold weather covers are also available.

Integrated Electrical Systems

Keeping you safe while remaining efficient

All electrical systems are fully integrated into every ORO body using automotive industry standard components and practices. Front and mid-junction panels feed power to the systems throughout the body via a loomed wiring harness, which uses automotive connectors and sealed and heat-shrunk joints.

Visibility is key when working in the field. Create your perfect LED setup using a combination of work lights, flood lights, beacons, lightbars and ground lights.
